I was charged for this product after my supposed free trial period. When I called to get a refund I was told would get one and my account would be canceled.
When I called back to see where the money was I was told that here was no documentation of this. I requested the phone call to be reviewed and was there of this was not possible. Then when I asked to speak to a hire up I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to a lead who said a refund wast possible that hey would not stand by their word.
Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were too buys to speak to me.
This is poor customer service. Apparently the work of a agent means nothing.
